The product is dead on arrival (DOA)

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Conditions
Replacement or return will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by external factors (water, fire, voltage fluctuation, etc.)
Change of mind or incorrect product selection by the customer
4. Replacement Process
All products are covered under manufacturer warranty policies
Replacement/repair shall be processed only through the authorized brand service center
The customer may be required to visit the nearest service center or contact brand support directly
We will provide complete assistance and guidance throughout the process
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not applicable
Refunds may only be processed if:
Replacement is not possible, OR
The product is declared non-repairable by the authorized service center
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7β10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customer must provide unboxing video/photo proof in case of damage or missing items
Original packaging, invoice, and accessories must be retained
Customer must cooperate with service center procedures and timelines
7. Delivery & Shipping Disclaimer
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partners
For high-value items, customers are advised to opt for transit insurance (marine insurance)
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
8. Limitation of Liability
CLICK2SALES.IN shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Delays caused by third-party logistics or service centers
Manufacturer-related defects beyond warranty coverage
